Well my goals were to improve my skills and my English, and to be close to the kids, i achieve my goals as well in fact my English still need some hard work but i could say my English now is much better than before. The most important thing that i have learned how to give a lesson cause my mentor ask me to give them a global history lesson about my country and teach them Arabic i was a little bit nerves and scared but my mentor encourage me to do it, and i educate them i gave them a lot of information about my country and teach them Arabic too and most of them are able to write his name in Arabic. The way that i have grown as student and young adult is been responsible. It was teaching the lesson it was great idea i never thought i can teach a lesson it was really interesting and make me think how teaching is hard and i have learned how to get information and how to put them together. Well i have learned a lot but one of the mostly thing i have learned is the responsibility and the Discipline in whatever you working on , and working with professional adult makes me more serious. I have no challenges in my internship at all. The one thing that i would like to do different is to be more organized. My advice to the new intern is work hard be on time try to learn as much as long you can be serious.

Well my internship now is better than before because i become more familiar to the student which is mean they know me more than before and the thing that still the same the way that i am treating them and they ask their teacher about if i can be with them in lunch time and that make me feel so happy, i am really happy in my internship.
The different between the culture in my internship workplace a huge different comparing to my school. First of all my workplace is elementary school and my school is a high school, also all the kids in my workplace are burn here and student in my school are immigrant which is mean all the student in my workplace speak English and student in my school some of them speak, some of them not and some of them still need improve.
The skill that i have learned is how to be patient and that will help me in a lot of jobs such as a doctor or teacher.
Well the relationship that i had with my mentor such as big sister and little brother and all people's who work school so friendly.
Well it's so good to working with professional adult because that makes me learn a lot and gained more experience.
What kinds of communication skills have you gained? Specifically, how has your English improved since beginning internship?{the communication skill that i have gained is listening, and speaking, also my English had improved a lot and my accent is always getting better.
The other skills that i gained is how to speak in front people and how to research and share information about my country. i have also learned how to listen and respond to questions, all these skills help me to be confident speaking English.
Actually i have no challenges at all.
The changing of the schedule effect on me a lot and my class work some time i do some of them in the train while i am going to my workplace and some times in a bus while i am going home.
My first goal is to get more closer to the kids and my second goal is to get more experience of how to teaching cause i don't know what i want to be in the future. Actually i learned couple new thing about New York city that how the teacher in elementary school deal with the student and how they treat them, it definitely different than i thought they treat them as the high school student but i saw that the teachers didn't yelled or scrim at them they treat them as their children.
